Who she is

Dr. Ellen Polsky is founder and CEO of DashCare Group, a dental roll-up of 34 locations built in three and a half years, one of the strongest DSOs on the market, EBITDA-wise and technology-wise. She founded VP Surgical Center in 2016 and scaled it to acquisition by MultiCare Health System in 2019. She co-founded Visio Dental Management and the tech startup CaseDrive. She is a practicing dentist: DDS from Howard University, MS from UC San Diego, Pediatric Dental Surgery fellowship at Boston Medical Center. She is an investor and adviser at MovixTech.

She grew up in Silicon Valley, so new technology in her operations was never an experiment. It was how she ran the company. AI employees work across call center, reception, operations, billing, accounting and marketing at DashCare today.
